Troubleshooting of Panasonic battery

Panasonic battery in the use of the process there will be some failures, so today let's make up for you to introduce Panasonic battery common troubleshooting bar!
The general troubleshooting of the battery includes: the voltage balance deviates from the normal range (observe after forced equalizing), the floating charge current is abnormal (check whether the voltage of the battery is abnormal, whether the battery is hot), the check discharge (do the capacity of 10 hours or 3 hours after equalizing charge, and judge whether the capacity is insufficient), the leakage liquid of the safety valve (non battery internal leakage liquid), etc.
When a charged battery is stored for a long time, its capacity will gradually decrease and become a discharge state. This phenomenon is called self discharge, and it is inevitable. Even if the battery has not been used, it will self discharge due to chemical and electrochemical reactions inside the battery. Now, the self discharge of lead-acid battery is described as follows:
A. no matter the chemical factor is the active substance of the positive plate (PbO2) or the negative plate (PB), it needs to decompose or react with sulfuric acid (electrolyte) step by step, and then change into a more stable lead sulfate. This process is self discharge.
B. due to the existence of impure substances, partial circuit will be formed inside the battery or oxidation-reduction reaction will occur with the two poles, resulting in self discharge. Due to the extremely low impurity content, the self discharge capacity of the power cell electrolyte is very small, which is due to the super retention characteristics of the battery.
(2) the self discharge of the battery is closely related to the storage temperature
The Panasonic battery shall be charged immediately after discharge, and it is not allowed to put the battery in use for a long time after discharge; the batteries that do not need to be used shall be recharged repeatedly after being put in use for a period of time until the capacity is restored to the level before storage.
